目的探讨放化疗后晚期卵巢癌组织中NF-кB和抑癌基因p53的表达及意义。方法在放化疗前后用免疫组织化学方法检测43例卵巢癌组织中NF-κB和p53蛋白在的表达。结果不同亚型的上皮性卵巢癌对放化疗后疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NF-кB在晚期放化疗后的卵巢癌组织中表达率高于治疗前(P<0.05);p53在晚期放化疗后卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NF-кB和p53可能参与了晚期放化疗后的卵巢癌的凋亡过程。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of NF-кB and tumor suppressor gene p53 in advanced ovarian cancer after chemoradiotherapy. Methods The expressions of NF-κB and p53 in 43 cases of ovarian cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry before and after chemoradiotherapy. Results Different subtypes of epithelial ovarian cancer had no significant difference in efficacy after radiotherapy and chemotherapy (P> 0.05). The positive rate of NF-кB expression in ovarian cancer tissues after advanced chemoradiotherapy was higher than that before treatment (P <0.05). The positive rate of p53 expression in ovarian cancer tissues after radiotherapy and chemotherapy was higher than that before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion NF-кB and p53 may be involved in the apoptosis of ovarian cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
