新疆就作为我国少数民族聚居的不可分割的一部分,扶持新疆少数民族间人口结构发展,对维护新疆社会稳定和实现长治久安具有重大意义。基于新疆维吾尔自治区2010年人口普查资料,从新疆较少民族就业人口的产业~职业结构特征中,分析这些差异蕴含的各种显性和潜在的社会问题,并提出对策建议。 Xinjiang, as an integral part of the ethnic minorities inhabited by our country, supported the development of the population structure among the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang and is of great significance to maintaining the social stability in Xinjiang and achieving long-term peace and stability. Based on the 2010 census data of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, from the industrial-occupational structure characteristics of Xinjiang’s minority population, the various explicit and potential social problems contained in these differences are analyzed and suggestions are put forward.
