塞上春回添锦绣,论苑百花更艳红。伴随着新年的钟声,我们送走了不平凡的2005年,满怀豪情地迎来了充满希望的2006年。这也是《中共银川市委党校学报》(原刊名《塞上论苑》)创刊的第8个年头。在此,我们谨向多年来关心、支持本刊的广大读者和作者表示衷心的感谢,并致以新春的祝愿。 2005年是“十五”时期的最后一年。这一年,是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的中央领导集体,带领全国各族人民高举邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的伟大旗帜,全面贯彻落实科学发展观的一年。十六届五中全会突出强调坚持以人为本,转变发展观念、创新发展模式、提高发展质量,把经济社会发展切实转入全面协调可持续发展的轨道。以科学发展观为统领,我国经济保持了平稳较快发展的良好势头,和谐社会建设全面展开,改革攻坚稳步前行。
Plug in the spring back Tim Fairview Park, Garden Court flowers more red. With the New Year’s bell, we sent away an extraordinary 2005, full of pride ushered in a promising 2006. This is also “the Communist Party of Yinchuan Municipal Party School” (formerly known as “On the Court”) the first eight years. Here, we hereby express our heart-felt gratitude to the readers and authors who have expressed their concern and support for this publication for many years and wish us all the best wishes for the new year. 2005 is the last year of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period. This year was a central collective leadership led by Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary, leading the people of all ethnic groups across the country to hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents and fully implement the scientific concept of development. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee prominently emphasized the principle of adhering to the people-centered principle, changing the concept of development, innovating the mode of development, improving the quality of development, and earnestly bringing economic and social development into a track of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, China’s economy maintained its momentum of steady and rapid development. The construction of a harmonious society was in full swing and the reform staged a steady advance.
