【摘要】近年来，高校教育更加重视教育教学的过程，以成果为导向，将教学内容转化为授课时间较短、授课主题鲜明的微课教学模式，可以使教师更加直观、高效将知识点传授给学生，是英语翻译教学改革创新的必然发展过程。文章主要介绍了高校引入网络等新媒体机制后，翻译微课教学呈现的特点，并就如何有效开展课程的设计与改革进行分析、评价，从而实现提升实践教学效果、进一步完善课程体系的重要目标。

【Abstract】In recent years， higher education pays more attention to the process of education and teaching itself. It is inevitable process for the reform and innovation of English translation teaching to transform the teaching content into a short teaching time with distinct teaching theme.
