近些年来高职院校得到了快速的发展,但高职院校图书馆的建设却一直比较缓慢,在目前出现了很多瓶颈,制约着图书馆的发展,同时也给高职院校带来了负面影响。主要表现为以下几方面:信息化建设跟不上:信息化的图书资源不足,信息化服务不够,信息化的横向联合不够;图书资源利用率低:传统的纸质图书不适合读者需要,信息化服务质量不够;图书配置与实践课程不配套,有关社会实践课程、专业实践课程方面的图书配置不足。突破高职院校图书馆的“瓶颈”的措施是:加强信息化建设;充分提高图书资源利用率;图书配置与实践课程相适应;增强图书馆在高职院校中的地位。
