目的:对枫香叶挥发油的化学成分进行气相色谱-质谱分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取枫香叶挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用方法,DB-5石英毛细管柱,程序升温,以EI离子源和四级杆质量分析器对提取的挥发油化学成分进行分析鉴定,质谱图采用NIST05谱库检索结合人工谱图分析,鉴定主要化学成分,并用归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:提取出的枫香叶挥发油分析鉴定出25种化学成分结构,占总挥发油含量的92.81%,其中包含萜烯类物质18种、脂肪族物质5种和芳香族物质2种,主要成分为α-蒎烯(34.48%)、β-蒎烯(19.25%)和柠檬烯(26.97%)。结论:枫香叶挥发油主要化学成分为萜烯类物质并含有丰富的药理活性化学成分,报道了10种该挥发油中所含有的化学成分,为了解枫香叶挥发油成分和进一步开发应用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil of Liquidambar formoshane L. by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: Volatile oil from Liquidambar formosana leaf was extracted by steam distillation. The GC-MS method and DB-5 quartz capillary column were used for temperature-programmed extraction. The extraction was performed with EI ion source and quadrupole mass analyzer The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed and identified. The mass spectra were analyzed by NIST05 database combined with manual spectrum analysis to identify the main chemical components and to determine the relative content by normalization method. Results: The chemical constituents of 25 species were identified by HPLC analysis, accounting for 92.81% of the total volatile oil, including 18 terpenoids, 5 aliphatic substances and 2 aromatic substances. The main constituents were α-pinene (34.48%), β-pinene (19.25%) and limonene (26.97%). CONCLUSION: Essential oil of essential oil of Liquidambar formosana is terpenoids and rich in pharmacologically active chemical constituents. The chemical constituents contained in 10 kinds of volatile oil are reported. It provides a scientific basis for understanding the constituents of essential oil and further development and application in accordance with.
