实现农村基础教育的健康发展是基础教育课程改革的出发点和最终归宿。但农村基础教育课程改革却出现教师和学生“水土不服”的地域困境,究其原因,四个方面的重要因素制约了农村基础教育课程改革的本土化:资源配置——“城乡分治”的经费分配;人才标准——“鱼跃龙门”的固有观念;课程内容——“普通性知识”的文化惯性;考试制度——“注重选拔”的地域排斥。
To realize the healthy development of basic education in rural areas is the starting point and final destination for the reform of basic education curriculum. However, the basic education curriculum reform in rural areas has shown the geographical predicament of teachers and students “acclimatization ”.
