近年来,分子静电势(MolecularElectorstaticPotential)这一量子化学概念和方法受到了普遍重视.Pullman[1]及其合作者对核酸的分子静电势计算做出了一系列重要工作,有人曾介绍过这方面的工作,并进一步探讨了核酸的分子静电势[2].本文着重介绍酵母tRNAphe的分子静电势,叙述有关的研究成果.讨论所获得的成果的一般特性.
In recent years, the molecular electrostatic potential (MolecularElectorstaticPotential) this quantum chemical concepts and methods have received universal attention. Pullman [1] and his collaborators have made a series of important work on calculating the molecular electrostatic potential of nucleic acids. Someone once introduced this work and further explored the molecular electrostatic potential of nucleic acids [2]. This article focuses on the molecular electrostatic potential of yeast tRNAphe and describes the relevant research results. Discuss the general characteristics of the results obtained.
