针对化工装置近年来关键工况中应用的过程检测仪表和调节阀进行了阐述,并分别以雷达液位计和迷宫阀为例,分析了这类新型仪表的原理、结构特点和实际应用效果,对如何选择新型仪表解决化工装置过程检测控制难点具有较高的参考价值。
In this paper, the process instrumentation and control valves used in the key operating conditions of chemical plants in recent years are described. Taking radar level gauges and labyrinth valves as examples respectively, the principle, structural characteristics and practical application effects of these new instruments are analyzed. It has higher reference value on how to choose a new type of instrument to solve the difficult problem of process control in chemical plant.
