以C_o~(60)作为辐照源,研究了γ射线对浮选捕收剂Aerosol-22、油酸等药剂浮选锡石纯矿物性质的影响,并对其改善浮选药剂捕收能力的机理进行了研究。 作者首次对Aerosol—22的水溶液进行了辐照研究。结果表明:γ射线辐照后的Aerosol-22水溶液能提高锡石回收率20—30%,增加浮选速度二倍。在浮选锡石、赤铁矿人工混合矿样时,分选效果更明显。使用红外及激光拉曼光谱等分析手段,研究了辐照前后的Aerosol-22水溶液,结果发现其辐照后浮选锡石的捕收能力增强、选择性变好的原因是由于γ射线使溶液中未磺化物进一步磺化,溶液中磺酸盐含量增加而引起的。 对油酸(盐)的C_o~(60)辐照研究结果表明:经γ射线辐照后的油酸、油酸盐都能不同程度的改善它对锡石浮选的捕收能力。其改善浮选捕收能力的原因,是由于油酸及油酸盐辐照后,其生成产物二、三聚合油酸及过氧化物对锡石具有强的捕收能力。
The effects of γ-rays on the pure flotation properties of flotation cassiterite such as Aerosol-22 and oleic acid were studied by using C 60 (60) as irradiation source. Mechanism was studied. The authors conducted the first Irradiation study of aqueous Aerosol-22. The results showed that γ-ray irradiation of Aerosol-22 aqueous solution can increase the recovery rate of cassiterite by 20-30% and increase the flotation rate by two times. In the flotation cassiterite, hematite artificial mixed ore samples, the sorting effect is more obvious. Infrared and laser Raman spectroscopy and other analytical tools before and after the study of Aerosol-22 aqueous solution and found that the flotation of cassiterite after irradiation enhanced capture efficiency, selectivity is better because the γ-ray solution Sulfonates in the further sulfonation, the sulfonate content of the solution caused by the increase. The results of C_o ~ (60) irradiation of oleic acid (salt) show that the oleic acid and oleate irradiated by γ-rays all can improve the flotation capacity of cassiterite to varying degrees. Its flotation capacity to improve the recovery of the reason is due to the oleic acid and oleate irradiation, the formation of its two, trimerized oleic acid and peroxide on the cassiter has a strong ability to capture.
