沪杭甬铁路是晚清铁路史上一条非常特殊且重要的商办铁路,也是在自办铁路时期建筑和经营最好的一条铁路,更难得的是其在各省商办铁路中集资最充足的一条铁路。在整个集资过程中,江浙民众、清政府和英帝国主义都围绕“资金”在博弈。本文通过分析集资的背景、集资的方式和来源等方面,反映了沪杭甬铁路资本的社会化,也反映了在特殊时代铁路集资策略的某些变化。
Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway is a very special and important commercial railway in the history of the Late Qing Railway. It is also the best railway to be built and operated during the period of railway construction. Even more uncomfortable is that it has the most adequate fund to finance commercial railways in various provinces railway. Throughout the process of fund-raising, the people of Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the Qing government and the British imperialists revolve around the “fund” game. This article reflects the socialization of the capital of Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway by analyzing the background of fund-raising and the ways and sources of fund-raising. It also reflects some changes in the railway fund-raising strategy in a special era.
