在当今的工业自动化领域,基于现场总线技术的网络集成自动化已经取代原有的集散控制系统(DCS),成为这一领域的技术热点。而控制网/设备网现场总线技术将会成为未来发展应用最广的三大现场总线技术之一。该文首先详细分析了Rockwell Automation具有三层网络平台的全分布式控制系统的工作原理和技术规范,阐述了系统结构及其强大的功能,展示了Rockwell Automation网络对工业过程的控制方式和控制特点。机器人汽车焊装线控制系统通过EtherNet/IP实现车间车间设备信息的监控,生产管理系统(MES)的实施,生产报表的管理,通过以DeviceNet为底层网络的现场总线实现设备控制,主控PLC系统采用GUARD LOGIX控制器,集成了安全PLC的控制功能,主线上所有机械设备、机器人的控制通过DEVICENET总线完成,安全信号如急停按钮、安全光栅、安全扫描雷达、安全门开关通过DEVICENET SAFETY总线完成控制。
In today’s field of industrial automation, network integration automation based on fieldbus technology has replaced the existing distributed control system (DCS), becoming a technology hotspot in this field.
