采用长度为分米量级的双壁碳纳米管薄膜与长丝制成了碳纳米管灯泡,并与钨丝白炽灯作对比,研究了碳纳米管灯泡的发光效率、电工参数以及热稳定性能.结果表明,碳纳米管灯泡可以发出与钨丝白炽灯相同的白光,在相同温度(1400~2300K)下,碳纳米管灯泡的光效比钨丝灯泡平均提高40%.碳纳米管灯丝电阻随温度变化不明显,并且具有较高的热稳定性能,2300K高温下通电24h,结构不发生明显变化.
