本文分析了汞铊齐氧化的原因,提出了延长阻尼环寿命的途径,并研究设计了一套工艺方法来灌封阻尼环。实验证明,该工艺方法能比较有效地防止阻尼环中汞铊齐的氧化。文中叙述了汞、铊的提纯,阻尼环的检漏,充汞铊齐工艺,为克服有机玻璃透气性而加涂复层等问题,提出了一套可行的工艺方法,并给出了有关数据。同时对汞、铊的防护也作了必要的叙述。
In this paper, the reasons for the mercury oxidation of thallium are analyzed, and the way to prolong the life of the damping ring is proposed. A set of technological methods is also designed to fill the damping ring. Experiments show that the process can be more effective in preventing the damping ring of mercury thallium Qi oxidation.
