随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,对企业自身素质的要求越来越高。而企业自身素质主要包括两个方面:一个是企业的静态素质,即设备、原料、资产等等;再一个是企业的动态素质,即构成企业的所有的人。后者是企业运行机制中最活跃、最有可塑性的因素,是企业的生命力和适应外部环境、增强应变能力的核心。它包括职工的政治思想素质、道德文化素质、业务技术素质等诸多方面。其中,文化素质是一切素质的基础。文化素质低,不仅会限制业务、技术素质的提高,而且还会妨碍政治思想和道德素质的提高。因此,对新时期职工文化素质进行再认识,无疑将有助于认识和提高企业的整体素质,增强企业的竞争能力。
With the establishment of a socialist market economic system, the requirements for the quality of enterprises themselves have become higher and higher. Therefore, a new understanding of the cultural quality of workers in the new era will undoubtedly help to understand and improve the overall quality of the company and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
