我国社会组织的发展历史较短,各方面管理体制尚有不足。为管理好形式多样的社会组织,确保其更好地为社会主义建设服务,国家相继制定并出台了多项政策法规。目前,《社会组织登记档案管理办法》的实行停留在政府部门对社会组织管理的层面上,对社会组织内部的档案管理体系尚未作出明确要求。本文阐述了社会组织档案管理体系构建的必要性,并提出了社会组织档案管理体系构建的具体建议。 The development history of social organizations in our country is rather short, and there are still not enough management systems in all aspects. In order to manage various forms of social organizations and ensure that they serve socialism better, the state has successively formulated and promulgated a number of policies and regulations. At present, the implementation of the Administrative Measures on the Registration of Social Organizations Stops on the Level of Administration of Social Organizations by Government Departments and has not yet made any explicit requirements on the file management system within social organizations. This article elaborates the necessity of constructing the archives management system of social organizations and puts forward some concrete proposals for constructing the archives management system of social organizations.
