目的探讨急性心肌梗塞死亡诱因的预防和护理。方法选取2013年7月~2015年2月我院收治的急性心肌梗塞患者32例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各16例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予人性化护理,并观察对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分及护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前的焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗塞患者实施人性化护理,可明显降低患者焦虑程度,提高护理满意度,值得推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing of death inducement in acute myocardial infarction. Methods Thirty-two patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 16 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given humanized nursing care. The anxiety scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety scores between two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After nursing, anxiety scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05) Patient satisfaction with nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing for acute myocardial infarction patients can significantly reduce the anxiety level and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization and application.
