一、前言小型低功耗静电计研制的目的,是要提供一种高可靠、低功耗及轻便可携的静电计,适应野外进行长时间测量的需要。该仪器是根据李德平教授的方案安装的。其主要特点:输入级采用高输入阻抗的 P沟道增强型绝缘栅 MOS 场效应管;电路设置双重短路保护,提高了可靠性;用一节 R_(20)干电池供电;功耗小于10mW。该仪器经过一年多的实际使用,证明其性能达到设计要求,重复性比较好,微电流的高阻测量法和电容漂移测量法的数据相符。
I. Introduction The purpose of the development of small low-power electrometer is to provide a high reliability, low power consumption and lightweight portable electrometer, to adapt to the needs of the field for a long time measurement. The instrument is installed according to Professor Li Deping’s plan. Its main features: P-channel enhanced insulated gate MOS FET with high input impedance at the input stage; double short circuit protection in the circuit to improve reliability; power consumption is less than 10mW with one R_20 dry battery. The instrument after more than a year of actual use, to prove its performance to meet the design requirements, reproducibility is good, micro-current high-impedance measurement method and capacitance drift measurement method of data consistent.
