为了明确利多卡因对耳鸣的治疗效果,作者用双盲法对26名主觉性耳鸣患者以2%利多卡因静脉滴注进行治疗,对照组用生理盐水静脉滴注法。26例中有13人第一周用利多卡因,第二周用生理盐水,另13人的治疗程序与此相反。患者与有关工作人员并不清楚注射之药名,在药液注射过程中和结束时分别记录耳鸣情况。结果:26例中有19例应用利多卡因后耳鸣缓解,注射生理盐水组耳鸣无变化,另7例出现用药后耳鸣反而加
In order to clarify the effect of lidocaine on tinnitus, the authors used double-blind method to treat 26 patients with conscious tinnitus with 2% lidocaine intravenously, while the control group received normal saline intravenously. Thirteen of 26 patients received lidocaine for the first week, saline for the second week, and 13 patients for the same treatment. The patient and the staff member did not know the name of the injection and recorded the tinnitus during and after the injection.
