随着国家教育体制改革的发展,高校管理中内部控制建设中存在一定的问题,但内部控制又是高校发展进步的是一重要的环节,本文是在充分理解内部控制的概念的前提下,明确高校管理制度中的内部控制制度的重要性的基础上,分析探讨高校管理中关于内控制度存在的问题,同时在当下现有的高校制度体系内讨论内控制度的局限性的问题。
With the development of national education system reform, there are some problems in the construction of internal control in university management. However, internal control is an important link in the development and progress of colleges and universities. Under the premise of fully understanding the concept of internal control, On the basis of the importance of the internal control system in the university management system, this paper analyzes the problems in the management of the university about the internal control system and discusses the limitations of the internal control system in the current system of university institutions.
