41.为什么万向联轴节中间轴两叉架平面必须在同一平面内?万向联轴节在农机具上应用很多,如动力耕耙犁、悬挂式旋耕机、联合收割机等等都有万向联轴节。在连接万向联轴节时,都要求中间传动轴两端叉架平面必须在同一平面内,其目的是为了保证从动轴的回转角速度均匀。如图1下所示为一单万向联轴节,1轴为主动轴,3轴为从动轴,1轴与3轴夹角为α,十字头与1轴叉架销接点为 B,3轴与叉架销接点为 C,1轴与3轴

When connecting the universal coupling, it is required that the plane of the fork at both ends of the middle drive shaft must be in the same plane, so as to ensure the uniform angular rotation of the driven shaft. As shown in Figure 1 is a single universal coupling, a shaft is the driving shaft, the 3 axis is the driven shaft, the angle between the 1 axis and the 3 axis is α, the crosshead and the 1-axis forked pin contact are B, 3-axis and fork pin contact for the C, 1 and 3 axis
