高职院校在高等教育当中有着不可替代的地位,是专业人才培养的重要场所。高职教学质量需要相应的学生管理做保障。受传统理念的影响,大多数的高职在学生管理环节存在着比较多的问题,难以满足现代化高等职业教育发展的要求。本文简要介绍高职学生管理方面存在的问题,并在此基础上重点探讨高职学生管理的改革方向。
Higher vocational colleges have an irreplaceable role in higher education and are an important place for professional personnel training. The teaching quality of higher vocational education needs to be guaranteed by student management. Affected by the traditional concepts, most of the higher vocational students in the management aspects there are more problems, it is difficult to meet the requirements of the development of modern higher vocational education. This article briefly introduces the problems existing in the management of higher vocational students, and on this basis, focuses on the reform of higher vocational students management.
