随着大中型设计院纷纷提出了转向工程公司的发展思路,目标与方向已经成为了业内共识,“如何转、怎么转”成为议论的焦点。天强公司在为多家设计院提供咨询服务的过程中发现设计院转向工程公司的核心问题就是如何处理协调设计业务与工程总承包业务的关系,并提出了设计院向工程公司转型四种常见的模式。本文一方面立足于对四种模式的回顾,系统梳理其内涵、优劣势,更通过笔者的分析、思考,梳理出各种模式的适用条件,希望对业内企业思考相关问题发挥一定的作用。
