在自动线设计中,一个较大的困难是,为了降低造价,如何采用最少量的随行夹具,而又便于接近各工位的刀具。这个问题在一条23工位的自动线上得到了部分的解决。这条自动线是用来生产一种小汽车的差动箱箱盖。 设计要点是:为了便于接近加工工位的刀具,自动线必须留出空工位。但是每个空工位,如按通常的设计原则设置一个随行夹具,就要花费额外的钱,而它又不参加生产。
