[目的]应用胎儿体重公式计算上海市静安区的胎儿体重参照值。[方法]根据张军等人提出的评估胎儿生长的新参照工具,收集静安区1 091名2~5岁足月儿童,以其中294名40孕周婴儿的平均出生体重为基础数据制定参照值,将计算所得新参照值、本文实际调查值和1988年全国15城市标准的各孕周胎儿平均体重、第10和第90百分位数据列表并作比较。[结果]新参照值各孕周胎儿体重基本符合实际调查数据,而较15城市标准略高。按性别细分新参照值也基本符合实际调查值。[结论]胎儿体重计算公式可验证推广,并建议依此计算各地区胎儿的体重新参照值。
[Objective] To calculate the fetal weight reference value of Jing’an District of Shanghai using fetal weight formula. [Methods] According to the new reference tool proposed by Zhang Jun et al. For assessing fetal growth, 1,091 full-term children aged 2 to 5 years in Jing’an District were collected. Based on the average birth weight of 294 infants aged 40 weeks, the reference value , The calculated new reference value, the actual survey value and the 1988 National 15 city standard gestational age fetuses average weight, 10th and 90th percentile data list and compare. [Results] The new reference value of fetal weight in each gestational week basically in line with the actual survey data, and slightly higher than the 15 city standards. The new reference value by sex is also basically in line with the actual survey value. [Conclusion] The calculation formula of fetal body weight can be verified and popularized, and it is suggested that the new reference value of body weight of each region should be calculated accordingly.
