我科对于1997年9月1日～1999年8月31日收治的58例海洛因中毒患者使用纳络酮治疗,所有患者全部抢救成功,证明纳络酮疗效确切、起效快、使用简单,适用于现场急救之用。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:58例患者中男性44例,女性14例,年龄16～48岁,平均年龄25.5岁。吸毒方式:直接吸服23例,静脉注射35例。吸毒时间:2月～13年。中毒后来诊时间:30分钟内22人,30～60分钟25人,60分钟以上8人,时间不详3人。 1.2 临床表现:21例患者神志清晰,主要症状
