我们应用新型利尿合剂治疗小儿急性肾功能衰竭10例,取得了较好的疗效,现报道如下。 一般资料:该组男、女各5例,年龄3～12岁,其中急性肾炎7例,肾病综合征3例。伴心衰1例,伴高血压脑病2例。入院时少尿5～10天者4例,无尿2天者6例。尿颗粒管型+～++7例,+++3例。全血尿素氮10～21.3mmol/L者7例,24.5～28.6mmol/L者3例。诊断标准均按全国危重病急救医学学术会议拟定的标准为准。
We use the new diuretic mixture of children with acute renal failure in 10 cases, and achieved good results, are reported below. General information: The group of 5 male and female, aged 3 to 12 years, of which 7 cases of acute nephritis, nephrotic syndrome in 3 cases. 1 case with heart failure, 2 cases with hypertensive encephalopathy. Admission oliguria 5 to 10 days in 4 cases, anuria 2 days in 6 cases. Urine particles + ~ + 7 cases, +++ 3 cases. Blood urea nitrogen 10 ~ 21.3mmol / L in 7 cases, 24.5 ~ 28.6mmol / L in 3 cases. The diagnostic criteria are based on the standards set forth by the National Critical Care Medicine Symposium.
