在木质素磺酸盐分子中引入亲油基团进行改性 ,改性后的木质素磺酸盐具有较高的表面和界面活性 ,与石油磺酸盐复配 ,可产生超低界面张力 .研究表明 ,复配体系中木质素组分含量越高 ,表面活性剂浓度越高 ,达到最低界面张力所需时间越短 ;Na OH的浓度太高 ,界面张力升高 .探讨了改性木质素磺酸盐在复配体系中的作用 ,为木质素在三次采油中的应用提供了理论依据 ,并具有实际应用意义 .
In the lignin sulfonate molecule introduced lipophilic groups for modification, the modified lignosulfonate has a high surface and interfacial activity, and petroleum sulfonate complex, can produce ultra-low interfacial tension. The results showed that the higher the content of lignin in the complex system, the higher the surfactant concentration, the shorter the time required to reach the minimum interfacial tension; the higher the NaOH concentration, the higher the interfacial tension.
