新课程改革的全面铺开,对于教师来讲是机遇,也是挑战。经济的发展,对于人才的要求越来越高,这就要求学校培养的人才不仅具有理论,而且还要求一定的动手和实践能力。学生作为教学的主体、学习的主人,教育教学的成败会具体的体现在他们身上。如何要求学生在极短的时间内掌握高中物理知识,如何在物理教学中激发和培养学生的学习兴趣呢?笔者认为教师不仅是教学的设计者、组织者,更应该是参与者。笔者结合自己的教学实践体会、谈一谈自己的看法。
The full implementation of the new curriculum reform is an opportunity and a challenge for teachers. Economic development, the demand for talent is getting higher and higher, which requires that the school personnel training not only has theory, but also requires some hands-on and practical ability. Students as the main body of teaching, learning masters, the success of education and teaching will be embodied in them. How to ask students to master high school physics knowledge within a very short period of time and how to stimulate and cultivate students’ interest in physics teaching? The author believes that teachers should not only be the designers and organizers of teaching but also the participants. The author combines his teaching practice experience, talk about their own views.
