目的探讨~(18)F-FDG PET/CT在非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润评价中的应用价值。方法筛选2013年3月至2016年3月我院收治的150例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,回顾性分析~(18)F-FDG PET/CT、MRI对骨髓浸润的诊断结果。结果~(18)F-FDG PET/CT对骨髓浸润的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确性分别为91.11%、97.14%、95.33%,明显高于MRI(P<0.05);~(18)F-FDG PET/CT对侵袭性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的骨髓浸润检出率高于惰性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(P<0.05)。结论~(18)F-FDG PET/CT对非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润具有较高的诊断价值,但对于惰性非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润还需结合骨髓活检进行进一步的诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of ~ (18) F-FDG PET / CT in the evaluation of bone marrow infiltration in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Methods 150 patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma who were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnostic results of 18 F-FDG PET / CT and MRI in diagnosis of bone marrow infiltration were retrospectively analyzed. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ~ (18) F-FDG PET / CT were 91.11%, 97.14% and 95.33% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of MRI (P <0.05) The detection rate of bone marrow infiltration of FDG PET / CT in invasive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma was higher than that in indolent non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (P <0.05). Conclusions ~ (18) F-FDG PET / CT has a high diagnostic value in the treatment of bone marrow infiltration in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. However, the bone marrow infiltration of inert non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma should be further diagnosed with bone marrow biopsy.
