企业财务失败主要是因为企业内部管理不当,造成不能偿还到期债务的现象。在激烈的市场经济下,每个企业在经营的时候都会有财务危机和失败的现象发生。企业出现财务失败时应从自己身上找原因,管理好企业内部才是关键,但由于这种现象是不定性的,为了可以随时监控这些现象的发生,财务预警分析成为了现代企业管理与经营中不可缺少的部分。本文通过对企业财务失败原因的分析,构建适合的财务预警,有效的反应出企业的财务状况,为企业回避财务失败。
Corporate financial failure is mainly due to improper internal management, resulting in the phenomenon can not repay matured debt. Under the fierce market economy, every enterprise will have financial crisis and failure when it operates.
