米勒体系作为源起于西方国家的针对公民科学素质进行测量的一套测度体系,在中国的应用中不断面临本土化的诘问。通过分析米勒体系及其主要内容,并结合我国当前公民科学素质建设的整体语境,文章尝试提出了一种可能的解决路径——立足国内现实并与国际接轨的分层测度结构,并以此提供对于我国公民科学素质建设及测量的价值导向上的意义。
Miller system as a measurement system originating from the Western countries for measuring the scientific quality of citizens, constantly facing localization problems in the application of China. By analyzing the Miller system and its main contents, combined with the overall context of the current citizens’ scientific literacy in our country, the article attempts to propose a possible solution to the problem - a hierarchical measurement structure based on domestic reality and in line with the international standards This provides the value orientation for the construction and measurement of our citizens’ scientific quality.
