以尿素作为氨源,在常压加热条件下与脂肪酸反应,合成脂肪酰胺,这一方法不仅避开了直接氨解法所需的高温高压。而且产率和转化率都很高(分别高于95%和96%).产品的质量可以满足日用化工的需要。
Urea is used as ammonia source and is reacted with fatty acid under the condition of normal pressure to synthesize fatty acid amide. This method not only avoids the high temperature and high pressure required by the direct ammonolysis method. And the yields and conversions are high (above 95% and 96%, respectively). The quality of products to meet the needs of daily chemical industry.
