Objective To evaluate the changes of adaptive physiology indexes of some plateau in the early stage of operation of plateau passenger trains and the operation of passenger crews in plateau. Methods The flight attendant entering the plateau in the 4th trip was monitored for plateau-adapted physiological indices during the plateau operation. Monitoring indicators include body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, oxygen saturation and so on. Results The heart rate of passenger attendants accelerated at high altitude. The abnormal rates of heart rate, blood pressure and electrocardiogram were 10.42%, 45.83% and 35.42%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant compared with the plain. The oxygen saturation and the vital capacity were generally lower . Conclusion During the initial operation of passenger trains on the plateau, the altitude adaptive physiological indicators of passenger crews changed to some extent under the operation of plateau.
