目前,两亲性纤维素接枝共聚物及其自组装纳米粒作为一种新型的功能材料引起了制浆造纸、材料、生物医药等领域研究者的广泛兴趣。两亲性纤维素胶束作为新一代功能性的纳米材料,可以由两亲性纤维素接枝共聚物在水溶液中自组装得到。这类材料不仅可提高生物质资源的利用率,而且有望为生物质资源的高值化提供新的出口。本文主要从两亲性纤维素接枝共聚物的制备出发,旨在介绍纤维素基胶束的制备及其在药物传递方面的应用,并对其前景进行了合理的展望和预测。
At present, amphiphilic cellulose graft copolymers and their self-assembled nanoparticles as a new type of functional materials have attracted a great deal of interest from researchers in the field of pulp and paper, materials, biomedicine and the like. Amphiphilic cellulose micelles as a new generation of functional nanomaterials can be self-assembled from amphiphilic cellulose graft copolymers in aqueous solution. Such materials not only increase the utilization of biomass resources but are also expected to provide new outlets for the higher value of biomass resources. In this paper, mainly from the preparation of amphiphilic cellulose graft copolymers, the purpose of this paper is to introduce the preparation of cellulose-based micelles and their application in drug delivery, and to make a reasonable prospect and forecast of their prospects.
