磁性医院理念在门诊优质护理中的应用

目的:探讨磁性医院理念在门诊优质护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年1月~2016年8月我院门诊护士120名,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统管理模式,观察组采用磁性医院理念的模式管理。1年半以后比较两组护士的专业成就感、理论考核、操作考核、临床能力考核成绩以及护士对工作满意度等。结果:观察组护士的专业成就感、理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩和临床能力考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);除家庭与工作平衡、福利待遇两项外,观察组护士工作满意度(包括与同事关系、被表扬和认可、与社会或专业交流机会、工作控制与决策权、排班制度、工作与家庭的平衡、福利待遇、职业发展机会、整体工作满意度)指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磁性医院理念在门诊优质护理中的应用具有较好的效果,可有效提高护理水平,值得各医院推广应用。 Objective: To explore the application of magnetic hospital concept in outpatient quality care. Methods: From January 2015 to August 2016, 120 outpatient nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopts the traditional management mode, and the observation group adopts the mode management of the concept of magnetic hospital. After 1 and a half years, the nurses ’professional accomplishment, theoretical assessment, operational assessment, clinical ability assessment and nurses’ job satisfaction were compared. Results: The nurses’ professional accomplishment, theoretical test scores, operation test scores and clinical ability test scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nurses in the observation group were satisfied with the job satisfaction except for the family balance and the benefits Degrees (including relationships with colleagues, recognition and recognition, opportunities for social or professional exchange, job control and decision-making, job scheduling, work-family balance, benefits, career development opportunities, overall job satisfaction) In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The concept of magnetic hospital in outpatient use of quality care has good results, which can effectively improve the level of care, it is worth to promote the use of the hospital.
