面向一线数学教师的教研活动,采用什么样的形式,最受广大教师的欢迎?最近,我们搞了一次“同课异构”活动,在课本中选定一个课题(灵活度稍大一点的),请几位老师同上这一节课,使用不同的教学设计,采用不同的教学方式.课后,请大家评议、讨论、对比,看哪一种效果好,更吸引学生,吸收效率高;抑或各有千秋,各有所长,各有所短.
