国内当前所有的水轮机组容量相对较大,运行时一旦受质量因素影响发生故障,将会给水电厂(站)带来巨大的经济损失。因此在水电站发电运行中,一定要做好全方位的水轮发电机故障诊断,采用故障检测、预测方式有效降低机组运行故障率。基于水轮发电机机组故障诊断的重要性,现从水轮机振动与稳定性能入手,对水轮机故障诊断技术以及相应的振动数字化预测方法作详细探讨,旨在确保水轮发电机运行稳定性,降低机组故障发生率。
At present, all turbine units in China are relatively large in capacity, and once a fault occurs due to quality factors during operation, it will bring huge economic losses to hydropower stations.
