10月21日至27日,省人大常委会副主任贾东军率内务司法工委调研组分别赴河南、重庆两省市考察学习禁毒工作。调研组考察了河南省开封市、焦作市的强制隔离戒毒所和重庆市的火车北站毒品公开查缉站、嘉陵强制隔离戒毒所建设,以及重庆七星岗领事巷社区戒毒康复情况,分别与河南省和重庆市人大常委会和公安禁毒部门座谈禁毒工作。河南省和重庆市的禁毒工作对推动和促进我省禁毒人民战争的全面开展具有一定的指导和启示作用。
From October 21 to October 27, Jia Dongjun, deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, went to investigate the anti-narcotics work in Henan and Chongqing provinces separately. The research team inspected the compulsory isolation detoxification center in Kaifeng City and Jiaozuo City in Henan Province, the open drug discovery station in Chongqing North Railway Station, the construction of compulsory isolated detoxification center in Jialing, and the community drug rehabilitation in consular lane of Qixinggang in Chongqing. And Chongqing Municipal People’s Congress and public security department to discuss anti-narcotics work. The anti-drug work in Henan Province and Chongqing Municipality has certain guiding and enlightening role in promoting and promoting the comprehensive war on the anti-drug people in our province.
