China Human Resources Development Network on the just concluded in 2005 launched the “Chinese employees mental health” survey. Among the 5,000 people surveyed, 25.04% have some mental health problems, that is, one out of every four respondents has mental health problems. Further analysis of the data shows that the frequently occurring mental health problems of the respondents include feeling unhappy, depressing, irritable, confused, skeptical or dismissive of themselves, and always feel that they are insignificant in their work. In life, we are very concerned about our own health, but often overlook the psychological health. The competition in the workplace intensifies because of the long-term psychological pressure that causes a serious imbalance in the mentality of the workplace and the emergence of psychological health problems. Such problems directly affect their work and life.
