学习“三个代表”重要思想重在实践。各级领导干部是落实“三个代表”要求的决定因素,必须高度重视领导者的实践活动。当前,应当把解决好工作中的突出问题和群众生产和生活中的突出困难,即“两个突出”作为领导者实践的重点内容,把是否做到善于发现和解决工作中存在的突出问题;善于发现和解决群众生产和生活中存在的突出困难;善于发现和总结群众的实践经验,并用以指导新的实践,即“三个善于”作为考核领导者政绩的重要标准,促进领导者实践活动质量的不断提高。
