为进一步评价哈浅1井区侏罗系八道湾组1砂组储层产能状况,根据地质要求,结合哈山地区浅层油藏特点,设计施工了哈浅1-平1井。该井为浅层大位移四靶点双阶梯水平井,也是春晖油田第一口水平井。钻进地层埋深浅,欠压实程度高,地层不稳定,上部地层松软,地层造斜能力差。通过优化井眼轨迹设计、井身结构设计、钻具组合与钻井参数,保证了井眼轨迹平滑;采用低固相强润滑自适应钻井液技术,满足了全井井壁稳定、携岩和润滑的要求。克服了难造斜、轨迹控制难、摩阻大钻具轻等问题,顺利钻至井深854米完钻。本文分析了浅层大位移水平井钻井、完井的难点,提出了解决措施及对策,详细介绍了哈1-平1施工情况。
In order to further evaluate the productivity of reservoir 1 in the Judaokou Formation of Hara-1 well, the Ha-1-Ping-1 well was designed and constructed according to the geological requirements and the characteristics of shallow reservoirs in Ha Shan area.
