目的 探讨地塞米松(Dex)在急性肝损伤中的作用及机制。方法 用D- 半乳糖胺(D- GalN)加内毒素脂多糖(LPS) 制成大鼠急性肝损伤模型,并用Dex 预处理。结果 Dex 组肝损伤明显减轻,伴有血中一氧化氮(NO) 含量、肝组织中MDA及铁含量降低,SOD活性及锌含量增高。结论 Dex 对此种肝损伤有保护作用,这种保护作用可能与其抑制NO 过量产生,抑制脂质过氧化反应,增加组织抗氧化活性有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of dexamethasone (Dex) on acute liver injury and its mechanism. Methods Rat model of acute liver injury was induced by D-galactosamine (D-GalN) plus lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and pretreated with Dex. Results The liver injury in Dex group was significantly reduced with the decrease of blood nitric oxide (NO) content, the decrease of MDA and iron content in liver tissue and the increase of SOD activity and zinc content. Conclusion Dex has a protective effect on such liver injury. This protective effect may be related to its inhibition of excessive production of NO, inhibition of lipid peroxidation and increase of tissue antioxidant activity.
