医院绩效管理工具很多,容易让人眼花缭乱。20世纪60年代初,我们没赶上“管理丛林”时期的那股热浪,但进入90年代以后,我们对西方管理工具的学习与引进可谓神速。其中,自然包括大量的绩效管理工具,如我们目前常用的平衡计分卡、关键绩效考评法、360度考核、排序评价法、目标管理法、关键事件法,等等。
Hospital performance management tools, easy to dazzling. In the early 1960s, we did not catch the heat wave during the “management of the jungle.” However, after the 1990s, our study and introduction of western management tools was rapid. Among them, naturally, a large number of performance management tools are included, such as the commonly used balanced scorecard, key performance appraisal method, 360 degree appraisal, ranking appraisal method, target management law, critical incident law and so on.
