完善和发展经济法体系,不仅是我国加入世界贸易组织的客观需要,也是我国社会主义市场经济发展的必然要求。本文从我国经济法与WTO规则的相互关系分析入手, 针对入世四年后对我国经济法发展产生的影响以及中国加入WTO后经济法面临的机遇与挑战等问题进行阐述,同时对我国经济法的立法提出了有建设性的对策及建议,旨在探讨随着入世的步伐如何进一步完善和发展我国的经济法立法。
To perfect and develop the system of economic law is not only the objective need of our country’s accession to the World Trade Organization but also the necessary requirement of the development of the socialist market economy in our country. This article starts with the analysis of the interrelationship between our country’s economic law and the WTO rules. In view of the influence on the development of our country’s economic law after China’s accession to the WTO and the opportunities and challenges that the economic law faces after China’s accession to the WTO, Legislation proposed constructive countermeasures and suggestions aimed at exploring how to further improve and develop China’s economic law legislation with the pace of accession to the WTO.
