针对Be含量为0.42%的铍原矿,进行了硫酸用量、预处理温度、搅拌浸出固液比等条件对铍浸出率的影响试验。结果表明,铍原矿浸出的优化工艺参数为:预处理温度280℃、铍矿石与浓硫酸质量比1∶1.5、固液比1∶2,此时铍浸出率达到98.2%。该工艺处理温度低,降低了能耗,为铍原矿的开发利用提供了可选途径。
Aiming at the beryllium ore with 0.42% Be content, the effects of the dosage of sulfuric acid, pretreatment temperature and the ratio of solid to liquid on the leaching rate of beryllium were studied. The results show that the optimal technological parameters of beryllium ore leaching are as follows: the pretreatment temperature is 280 ℃, the mass ratio of beryllium ore to concentrated sulfuric acid is 1: 1.5 and the solid-liquid ratio is 1: 2. The leaching rate of beryllium reaches 98.2%. The temperature of the process is low, reducing energy consumption, which provides an alternative approach for the development and utilization of beryllium ore.
