重质量、保效果,强素质仍是当前我国经济建设转型升级快速发展对职业教育和培训工作的基本要求,也是检验我们职业教育和培训工作的唯一标准。这就要求我们在工作中,认真贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神,以深化改革为基调,以求真务实的作风,以认真负责的态度,以创新实践的精神,把人才培养工作扎实推进,落实到位,务求实效。本期特别刊发部分企业学校如何提高人才质量,确保培训效果的探索和实践的文章,期待更多的企业、职业院校以及培训机构对实现培训效果的重视和研究,并取得实实在在的效果。
Quality, effectiveness and strong quality are still the basic requirements of vocational education and training for the rapid development of China’s economic restructuring and upgrading. It is also the only criterion for testing our vocational education and training.
