LSLGF1000制冷机组采用的是M48型满液式蒸发器,并带有蒸发压力控制器,制冷剂为R22,传热管为Φ19mm×1.5mm的紫铜管。自投入运行以来已发生过两次蒸发器铜管冻裂事故,给生产造成了严重威胁。 1.蒸发器铜管冻裂的原因 (1)操作失误引起铜管冻裂。开机前没有将蒸发压力表控制阀打开,当热负荷减少、冷媒水流量降低时,操作工又没有及时降低压缩机的载荷,导致蒸发压力降到规定值以下,压力控制器没有动作,制冷机组继续运行,把铜管冻裂;机组停机时,如果
