拆换盲孔轴承是机修中经常遇到的问题。例如象C620车床床头箱的Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ轴等,它们都有一端轴承安装在床头箱中间壁孔内(见图1)。由于床头箱结构紧凑,操作区域小,所以这类轴承掉换轴承外圈比较困难。为此,我们制作了一种可拆卸盲孔轴承外圈的专用工具。实际使用证明该工具小巧实用,既能缩短维修工时,又保证了装配质量,提高工效约3～4倍,是一种较合适的维修专用工具。
Replacement of blind hole bearings is often encountered in mechanical problems. For example, like the C620 lathe headstock Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ axis, etc., they have one end bearing installed in the middle of the headstock box wall hole (see Figure 1). As the headstock compact structure, small operating area, so this type of bearing outer ring bearing more difficult. To this end, we made a special tool for the removable blind hole bearing outer ring. The actual use of the tool proved small and practical, both to shorten the maintenance man-hours, but also to ensure the assembly quality, improve work efficiency of about 3 to 4 times, is a more appropriate maintenance tools.
