按照Reid、Non-Reid、Dom及其构成的三角型杂种优势模式,构建基础群体,采用DH育种技术于2015年育成玉米新品种“吉农玉833”。该品种在吉林省2013—2014年区域试验中平均产量13 724.0 kg/hm~2,比对照品种“郑单958”增产10.5%。2014年生产试验平均产量12 278.0 kg/hm~2,比对照品种“郑单958”增产8.1%。2015年3月通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种的育成进一步证明了适于当地的杂种优势模式理论原则,以及DH育种技术的成熟。
According to the triangular heterosis model constructed by Reid, Non-Reid, Dom and their constructs, the basic population was constructed and a new maize variety “Ji Nong Yu 833” was bred by DH breeding technology in 2015. The average yield of this variety in the regional experiment of Jilin Province from 2013 to 2014 was 13 724.0 kg / hm ~ 2, which was 10.5% higher than that of the control variety Zhengdan 958. The average yield of production test in 2014 was 12 278.0 kg / hm ~ 2, 8.1% higher than the control variety Zhengdan 958. March 2015 through the Jilin Province Crop Variety Approval Committee validation. The breeding of this variety further proves the theory of heterosis model suitable for the local area and the maturity of DH breeding technology.
